GE2 Writing

Who are these famous people and what do they do? 

Use the pictures to write as much as you can about each famous person. Try to write sentences about thier name, their job, their country, their nationality and one more sentence using an adjective and a noun. Read the example below to help you. 

This is the Queen of England, her name's Elizabeth. She's from England, she's English and she lives in England. She is a Queen, she is very rich and lives in a very big house called Buckingham Palace.

Talking about things and people in the past.

Read this paragraph about a group of people and then write and tell me who you think they were? 

They were an English music band that started in the 1960s. The singers were from Liverpool in England.They were very popular. They had lots of famous songs, one of their most famous was called 'All you need is Love'. The band broke up in 1969. 

Now you write about another person or people from the past and I will tell you who I think it is!
